Cafe

Prior to the 2010 and 2011 earthquakes, Cathedral Cafe had a conveniently located in the heart of Christchurch’s tourist area – attached to the ChristChurch Cathedral in the Square. This cafe, like the cathedral itself, is now located in the CBD 'Red Zone' and completely locked down.

Open 7 days, 8.00am - 5.00pm, we offer a variety of Breakfasts, Lunches and Light Meals, as well as a selection of cabinet food and great Vivace coffee. We also have a children’s menu and offer take-away coffee (ask about our Coffee Card). Fully licenced, we have a selection of local and imported beers and local wines.

Cathedral Cafe is available to cater for your private function – whether you want savouries, biscuits and cakes or luncheon food – just contact us for prices. The Cafe is available for hire when catering is done by us (subject to availability).
