Cathedral Visitor's Centre

The Christ Church Cathedral Visitors’ Centre was located on the northern side of the Cathedral and opened by Queen Elizabeth II on 2nd November 1995. The centre contained an extensive collection of souvenirs and postcards the proceeds of which go towards supporting the Cathedral. Items for sale in the Visitors Centre were able to be purchased online at the Cathedral shop and we hope to offer the same opportunity again soon.
