These 'Terms and Conditions' govern the use of ChristChurch Cathedral's Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by ChristChurch Cathedral.

Shopping Terms & Conditions
Purchasing from ChristChurch Cathedral
ChristChurch Cathedral shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased and Donations gifted, using a secure online Mastercard and Visa transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.

Product Pricing
All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Donations Pricing
All prices in the Donation areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) There is no GST or postage and packing component related to donations.

Delivery
Goods purchased are delivered by National Courier 2-4 days, International Economy Courier 2-6 days, Standard Post - local/national 1-3 days, or International Air Mail 3-10 days, whichever is selected by the purchaser during the online purchase process.

Security
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorized and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
DPS is committed to protecting the security of your data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Credit card details stored on site are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. DPS is also certified AIS compliant.

Disclaimer
ChristChurch Cathedral and its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access the Service. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the Service, your use of or reliance on the Service or any of the information or materials available on the Service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations will be accepted prior to dispatch. Payment will be refunded within seven days by way of posted cheque. ChristChurch Cathedral reserves the right to charge a 'service fee' of up to NZD$10. Faulty goods and/or incorrect orders will be replaced within seven days. Notification of faulty or incorrect goods must be made by the purchaser within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

You can return goods within 30 days of receipt of order. The items must be in original condition with all labels still attached. Please include proof of purchase.
Please return parcels with the preprinted returns address label in your parcel and include postage.

All returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.

Backorders
If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, you may wish to place it on backorder. We will advise you of the expected dispatch date either by phone, email or mail and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes avallable.
